Our agency, The Job Store, is looking for a logistics manager in the food sector for its client.
Your tasks:
Managing a team of 15 to 30 people, consisting of operators, warehouse staff, packers and labellers.
Organising and optimising the flow of goods and the logistics chain for food products.
Ensuring compliance with standards in the areas of quality, safety and food hygiene.
Participating in the training and development of your team's skills.
Profiel
Proven experience in food logistics and team management.
Good knowledge of French and Dutch (spoken and written).
Organisational skills and leadership.
Accuracy and sense of responsibility.
4 hours of work on Saturdays.
Aanbod
Full training at the Deinze site before moving to the Mouscron site.
