Our agency THE JOB STORE is looking for a Sales Project Coordinator for its client based in Mouscron. As a Sales Project Coordinator, you are also responsible for the Sales administrative support of the Key Account Managers for DACH by providing them a proactive Tender Coordination, this means: Responsabilities : You will maintain a Tender Agenda as a tool for timely preparation on upcoming tenders You will be the lead to engage on upcoming Tenders, from A to Z, together with Sales and the internal/external stakeholders: pro-active market investigation, coordinate the pre-Tender sampling, work with R&D to identify new product developments, maintain and update Tender platforms, prepare all relevant documentation for the timely submission of the Tender, keep track of the Tender status and report to Sales. Your ambition will be to implement a Follow Up Tool where you will strive for continuous improvement on the Tender process as such
Profile: You are fluent in German and English You have an economic education and can ideally already demonstrate initial work experience You understand sales principles and have the ambition to grow into sales You work in a structured, precise and independent manner and can think conceptually; You have a hands-on mentality, are critical, strong in communication and an ideal team-player; You have good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), basic knowledge of project management is a plus; You take initiative, you are creative and solution-oriented and make an active contribution to the further professionalization and development of the Sales department for our German subsidiary.
