For a company in Diegem specialized in innovative digital solutions, we are looking for an Associate Product Specialist
You will manage second-line support cases for assigned products and services in a business-to-business environment.
You will collaborate closely with fellow specialists and the R&D team to ensure timely and effective resolution of technical issues.
A typical day includes investigating and diagnosing tickets, documenting solutions, and maintaining internal and external knowledge bases.
You are flexible to successfully complete various projects and work accurately and customer-focused, even in challenging situations.
Profil
You have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
You have strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
You have experience managing mobile applications and understanding technical documentation.
You have knowledge of ITIL principles and familiarity with enterprise tools such as ServiceNow or Jira.
